The unique letter code (in the form of D-XXXXXXXXX), located at the voucher, can be used for the final „payment“ after you select a particular show on our website from the comfort of your home. The second option is to present this voucher in person at the reception desk of the Brno Observatory and Planetarium.
The code can only be used once. The voucher does not apply to events not organized by the Brno Observatory and Planetarium and cannot be exchanged for cash. We also do not accept it from individuals of extraterrestrial origin, time travelers and hyperdimensional beings.
